These recent resin works of Nina’s have been inspired by her coastal location and her trips to Pacific Islands where the waters were crystal and inviting. She swam with turtles and snorkled amongst the corals, sting rays and the myriad of colourful fish and other marine creatures in the azure waters and stunning surrounds.

Living close to the ocean, she enjoys taking her dog for fun times at the beach and dipping into the delicious cool of the water, where they often have kilometres of beach to themselves. They are in the lucky situation of living near to a number of beaches, each with their own selection of walks, cafes and swimming areas.

These original epoxy resin works are designed to evoke feelings of joy, from lazy days basking in the sun, family fun holidays by the sea, strolling with your lover soaking up the ambience of a balmy summer’s afternoon, or perhaps reminding you of that epic fishing trip you went on, or the day you caught the best surf ride in great swell conditions, or indeed it maybe inviting you to book a well deserved tropical holiday at a secluded place in paradise. Wherever these take you, I hope they bring you happiness.

All resin works have multiple layers to give a three dimensional look, are on a wood base and come ready to hang. Depending on the piece and what mediums are used, some may have a shimmering iridescent lustre in the sand and/or in the ocean.
