Ocean Resin Artworks
These resin works have been inspired by my coastal location and trips to Pacific Islands where the waters were crystal and inviting. I swam with turtles and snorkled amongst corals, sting rays and the myriad of colourful fish and other marine creatures in the azure waters and stunning surrounds.
Living close to the ocean, I enjoy spending time at the beach with my dog and dipping into the delicious cool of the water, where we often have kilometres of beach to ourselves. We are in the lucky situation of living near to a number of beaches, each with their own selection of walks, cafes and swimming areas.
These original epoxy resin works are designed to evoke feelings of joy, whether that means lazy days basking in the sun, strolling with your lover soaking up the ambience of a balmy summer’s afternoon, fun family holidays, or indeed it may be inviting you to book a well deserved tropical holiday at a secluded place in paradise. Wherever these take you, I hope they bring you happiness.
All resin works have multiple layers to give a three dimensional appearance, have a wood base and come ready to hang. Depending on the piece and what mediums are used, some may have a shimmering iridescent lustre in the sand and/or in the ocean.
